Can I use the music commercially?
Yes. Background music in OnHoldly is licensed for use on your business phone line, and it's included in the price.
What counts as a recording?
A finished, downloadable message. Writing, previewing and tweaking are free within your plan's limits; you only use a recording when you finish one. You can download a finished recording in every format.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month (or yearly with two months free), and you can cancel any time from your account. Recordings you've downloaded are yours to keep using.
